Low-intervention treatments: Ovulation induction, IUI, and ITI

For patients whose diagnosis supports a natural or minimally assisted approach, these treatments work with the body’s own processes with targeted support to improve timing or sperm delivery.

Ovulation induction: Medications help the ovaries release mature eggs at the right time. This is especially effective for patients with irregular menstrual cycles or PCOS/PMOS, and is often combined with timed intercourse or insemination to optimize the chances of conception.
Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) and Intratubal Insemination (ITI): Specially prepared sperm is placed directly into the uterus (IUI) or fallopian tubes (ITI) during ovulation. Both are quick, comfortable in-office procedures. Most patients return to normal activities the same day.
Artificial insemination with donor sperm: For patients with severe male factor infertility, single parents by choice, or same-sex female couples, donor sperm can be used with IUI or ITI. We work with FDA licensed sperm banks and help you select a donor that fits your preferences and reduces genetic risks.

Advanced treatment: IVF and embryo banking

For patients whose diagnosis calls for a more targeted approach, IVF and related techniques offer the highest success rates available.

In Vitro Fertilization (IVF): The most effective fertility treatment available. IVF is the treatment of choice for blocked fallopian tubes, diminished ovarian reserve, severe endometriosis. IVF is also a highly effective fertility treatment for recurrent miscarriage when combined with genetic testing to help identify embryos with normal chromosomal status for transfer.The IVF process involves retrieving eggs from your ovaries, fertilizing them with sperm in our laboratory, and gently transferring the resulting embryo into your uterus.
Preimplantation Genetic Testing (PGT): Available as part of an IVF cycle, PGT screens embryos for chromosomal or genetic conditions before transfer. We offer a full range of genetic testing options that is tailored to your specific situation and family history.
Embryo banking: One or more IVF cycles are used to create and freeze multiple embryos before any transfer takes place. This is a proactive approach for patients who want to secure the option of having multiple children in the future.

Third-Party Reproduction: Donors and Surrogacy in Nevada

When building a family requires the help of a donor or a gestational carrier, we offer a comprehensive third-party reproduction program. Nevada has some of the most favorable surrogacy laws in the country, making Las Vegas an excellent destination for these pathways.

Egg donation: Using eggs from a young, healthy donor can significantly improve the chances of a successful pregnancy, particularly for patients over 40 or those with diminished ovarian reserve. Donor eggs are fertilized with your partner’s or donor’s sperm in our IVF laboratory.
IVF with donor sperm: Donor sperm from a licensed sperm bank is used to fertilize your eggs in our laboratory. We help you find a donor that meets your criteria and preferences.
Surrogacy (Gestational carrier): For patients who are unable to carry a pregnancy – including those with certain medical conditions, gay male couples, and single men – a gestational carrier can carry the embryo on your behalf. We coordinate the full clinical process under rigorous medical standards.
IVF with egg donor and gestational carrier: A comprehensive option for gay male couples, single men, or patients who are unable to produce eggs or carry a pregnancy. Donor eggs are fertilized with sperm from one of the intended parents, and a gestational carrier carries the pregnancy.
Reciprocal IVF (shared conception): Available for same-sex female couples who want both partners to be physically involved in the pregnancy. One partner provides the eggs, which are fertilized with donor sperm; the other partner carries the pregnancy.
