Corine Gonzales is proud to be the first face many patients see at our clinic
First impressions matter, which is why Corine Gonzales takes her job at The Fertility Center of Las Vegas (FCLV) so seriously. “I work in the front office, so I’m the first face that patients see when they start their journey with our clinic,” she explains. Her welcoming presence immediately puts patients at ease when they visit our Las Vegas infertility center.
Corine understands that it can be stressful and overwhelming to start fertility treatment, so she wants to make a patient’s first moments at the clinic as pleasant as possible. “I always let the patients know that I am there for them and will do whatever I can to help make things a little easier.”
Corine has spent 25 years in the medical field and has always been interested in fertility
Corine Gonzales joined our Las Vegas infertility center in March 2022. Although she currently works in our front office, Corine has more than two decades of experience working as a medical assistant. Her interest in making a difference in the field of fertility is what ultimately led her to FCLV with a smile on her face.
From setting up the waiting area before patients arrive to helping patients with check-in and check-out, Corine strives to bring a little joy and comfort to hopeful parents. As a bilingual team member, she loves being able to assist both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking patients with their questions and concerns.
Her commitment to enhancing each patient’s experience hasn’t gone unnoticed. One patient sent Corine a sweet thank you note for always greeting her “with kindness and joy” and making “an unforgettable impact on the journey.” While Corine Gonzales doesn’t do her job for this type of praise, hearing that she made a difference for a patient always warms her heart.
Away from the front office, Corine Gonzales focuses on family and fun
Outside of her work in the front office at our Las Vegas infertility center, Corine loves spending time with her children. “Jonah, Josiah and Jizelle bring so much light and love to my life. Spending time with them is one of my favorite things to do in my free time,” Corine says. Outside of family time, Corine also enjoys taking long walks and salsa dancing.
