Veronica Garcia helps patients get the most out of their infertility insurance benefits

Because of her assistance, women and men have a full understanding of their insurance coverage before their first appointment. In addition to this support, she submits authorizations to insurance providers for fertility treatments or surgeries.
With a background in finance, specifically working in lending and banking, Veronica was a great fit for our Las Vegas fertility clinic. After starting in our call center, she was promoted to coordinator where she helped patients find loans for their fertility treatments. In 2018, she began working in benefits and authorizations, making sure women and men receive the maximum insurance benefits.

Veronica loves forging relationships with patients while helping to maximize their insurance benefits. She especially enjoys seeing past patients return when they’re ready to have another baby, trusting our clinic to guide them through the journey of continuing to grow their family.
Veronica believes that a large part of patients returning to our clinic is the high level of care we provide. Appreciation for family
Her experience of being a mother of four boys and one girl has helped Veronica understand the magic of parenthood. It has also enhanced her compassion for our patients. When she’s not helping other families at our clinic, she stays busy watching her children play sports, reading and trying out new restaurants.
As Veronica says, she’s part of a family, whether she’s at home or work. “I appreciate how family oriented our clinic is. The way we are treated, and treat one another, makes us feel like one big family. This closeness also spreads into the relationships we have with our patients, creating an incredibly refreshing environment to work in.”
