Supporting Las Vegas families during the 98.5 KLUC Chet Buchanan Show Toy Drive
The Fertility Center of Las Vegas (FCLV) doesn’t just help our patients start and grow their families. We also support the families who need a little extra help in the Las Vegas community. With the holidays upon us, our Las Vegas fertility clinic proudly supported the 98.5 KLUC Chet Buchanan Show Toy Drive.
What is the 98.5 KLUC Chet Buchanan Show Toy Drive?
This event is the largest, single-site toy drive in the United States, and it is one of Las Vegas’ most beloved holiday traditions. For 27 years, the Toy Drive has brought together families, businesses, and local leaders to help thousands of children experience the magic of the season.
The KLUC Toy Drive is powerful because it delivers hope, joy and relief to the children and families who need it most. Its support allows the non-profit HELP of Southern Nevada to achieve a variety of goals.
- Deliver holiday gifts to local children in need.
- Provide resources for struggling parents in the area.
- Support dozens of nonprofit partners.
- Create a sense of unity across Las Vegas.

What happened at the KLUC Toy Drive this year?
This year’s event ran from December 4 to 15, 2025. During this time, the host Chet Buchanan lived on top of a 25-foot scaffolding for 12 days. His goal? To inspire the Southern Nevada community to give back. And that is exactly what the FCLV team did!
- As part of our commitment to supporting families, FCLV participated in the toy drive as a Giving Grove Tree Sponsor.
- As part of the Giving Grove Tree sponsorship, FCLV donated a $500 Costco gift card that community members could “purchase.” 100% of the proceeds went to families in need.
Our donation helped support the more than 3,000 local families and more than 110 nonprofits served by the 98.5 KLUC Chet Buchanan Show Toy Drive.
In addition to our tree sponsorship, Dr. Leah Kaye and VP of Global Operations, Shiva Price, visited the live event at NV Energy. They delivered bikes and children’s toys to make the holidays brighter for local children.
During the visit, Dr. Kaye and Shiva also joined Mikalah Gordon and Chet Buchanan live on-air to talk about:

The energy on-site was unforgettable. Every truckload filled and every toy donated represented the generosity and heart of our Las Vegas community.
