The Importance of Prospective Randomized Fertility Clinical Trials

At The Fertility Center of Las Vegas, each clinical trial is designed as a prospective, randomized study. This means the method and protocol are determined before the study begins, patients are randomly assigned to groups and neither the patients or the researchers know which group the patients have been assigned to. Additionally, we conduct our research based on the data we collect during these studies, not on previously gathered data.

These procedures ensure that each study at The Fertility Center of Las Vegas provides quality, unbiased data for us to conduct our research. Our research helps us better serve our patients, as well as other patients around the world, and we are proud to hold ourselves to the highest standards.

Compensation

In order to further our research and understanding of infertility, The Fertility Center of Las Vegas engages in clinical trial studies. We regularly recruit patients who are willing to participate in our studies. Often, in exchange, our patients may receive their treatment at a reduced financial expense. As with any procedure, be sure to learn the risks, benefits, procedures and costs before participating in any study.
