A compassionate listener, Veronica reduces infertility stress for patients

One of the first friendly faces you will encounter at The Fertility Center is Veronica Jimenez, front office supervisor.
Veronica joined our team in 2007 and now oversees the front office staff. When you call to schedule an appointment, take care of paperwork at the front desk or check out after your visit, Veronica’s soothing, upbeat manner will add a little brightness to your day and ease your infertility stress.
“I try to be a friendly face or voice when I’m talking to people, whether it’s in person or on the phone,” Veronica says. “I like that I get to meet people from all over the world and know that we can make a difference in their lives. Knowing that I’m contributing to helping people grow their families is very rewarding.”
Focused on reducing your infertility stress
Veronica’s job requires extensive organizational skills, as the front office team handles a variety of different tasks for many patients every day. Her primary job is ensuring that your visit to our Las Vegas fertility doctors goes smoothly, from greeting you at the front desk to accepting payment and ensuring that you leave our office with all of the information you need in hand.
She brings to the job a great deal of experience gained in her earlier career as an administrative assistant at Sunrise Hospital and Vegas Electric Supply, where she handled clerical work, payables and customer service.
Veronica’s favorite part of her job is interacting with the men and women who come to us seeking the best fertility care in Las Vegas and the world.
“I try to ease the hardship of people who are struggling to start a family, and do what I can to reduce their infertility stress,” she says. “I’ve learned to be patient and listen a lot, and to approach people with compassion. This place gives people hope and a way to make their dreams come true, and being part of that feels good.”
Adventures with the family
Originally from Oxnard, California, Veronica moved to Las Vegas as a teen. She met her husband here, and they have four children. Away from the office, Veronica loves to spend time with her family, taking road trips, going camping and having fun with friends.
