Shedding a light on fertility struggles during National Infertility Awareness Week
Our Las Vegas fertility center provides an Oasis of Hope for hopeful parents. Infertility can affect anyone, regardless of their age, ethnicity, race or economic status. In fact, millions of couples in the United States will face fertility issues.
National Infertility Awareness Week exists to educate and empower hopeful parents. It’s also helping to break down the stigma and barriers that surround infertility.
What is National Infertility Awareness Week?
National Infertility Awareness Week is April 21-27 this year. It is part of a nationwide movement through RESOLVE. The goal is to unite the millions of Americans who want to change the lives of people who are facing infertility.
Each year, this important week has a different theme. This year’s theme is #InfertilityUncovered. Many hopeful parents feel ashamed when they need help to grow their family. Our Las Vegas fertility center wants you to know that infertility is not your fault and it is not shameful.
Raising awareness and providing education about infertility is one of the best ways to destigmatize it. The more we talk about infertility, the more our society will begin to see it as a common and treatable medical condition.
