Andrea Addesso helps generous women who are interested in donating their eggs
When a woman is interested in becoming an egg donor at The Fertility Center of Las Vegas (FCLV), Andrea Addesso will help them get started. As the egg donor intake coordinator for our Las Vegas fertility center, Andrea screens and accepts potential egg donors into the donor program. From there, she guides them through the first steps of the egg donation process.
“I am their main point of contact until they are matched with intended parents and begin a donation cycle. My role is to be helpful and supportive as these young women begin a generous process to help those in need of an egg donor,” Andrea explains. “I also manage our egg donor social media accounts and gather content for our FCLV accounts.”
Andrea Addesso has a background in marketing and passion for helping others
Andrea Addesso has always been a hard worker. “I was accepted into a dual credit program for my last two years of high school. This allowed me to earn my associate degree in business and my high school diploma at the same time,” she explains.
After high school graduation, Andrea then attended UNLV, where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. After graduation, she started working as a marketing coordinator.
When she was browsing through Indeed one day, she saw a job posting for our Las Vegas fertility center that stood out to her.
“I had been searching for a job with a more fulfilling purpose and the thought of helping patients have babies through the use of an egg donor sounded so incredible to me,” Andrea recalls. “I reached out and within a few weeks I was working at FCLV.”
Helping make parenthood possible is a dream for Andrea
An average day of work for Andrea involves reviewing egg donor applications and contacting the potential donors who we would like to screen for our database. She also helps to facilitate matches between intended parents and donors by working closely with our IVF case managers.
Andrea Addesso also uses her marketing background to create graphics for our social media accounts and meet with our doctors to get personalized content each month.
Being the egg donor intake coordinator is a dream job for Andrea. “I love working with the young women who generously give their time and effort to help someone else’s dreams come true. Seeing egg donor cycles lead to successful pregnancies for intended parents brings me so much joy as I know that I played a small part in their journey.”
When she isn’t working at our Las Vegas fertility center, Andrea loves spending time with her husband and her family. They love going to sporting events together like the Knight’s hockey games. She also enjoys going out with her friends and hopes to do more traveling this year.
