The Fertility Center of Las Vegas (FCLV) wants everyone to feel at home, no matter what language they speak. Sarah Steinbach recently joined our Las Vegas fertility center to help coordinate IVF cycles for German-speaking intended parents.

A typical day for our German IVF case manager
Our German IVF case manager wears many hats at our Las Vegas fertility center. Her primary job duty is providing fertility coordination services for German patients using in vitro fertilization (IVF), preimplantation genetic testing (PGT), egg donation and surrogacy. She often starts her day by using Skype to meet with German women and men to coordinate their treatment plans.
She also keeps busy during her days at our Las Vegas fertility center by managing patient care. This includes working with doctors, nurses, laboratories and third-party agencies. Sarah also serves as a translator during appointments when German-speaking patients aren’t fluent in English.
“My favorite part of my job is working with the intended parents and being part of their journey from start to finish. It is very rewarding,” she says.
