It has been a 5-long year journey for our precious baby. We tried several clinics before going to Fertility Center of Las Vegas. Previous clinics we went to just treated us like their paycheck and don’t even know our names everytime we come in for our appointments. They would call us patient number xx. I was deployed when my husband told me that he found FCLV, and I contacted Dr. Bedient via email during my deployment to start our process. Dr. Bedient was very welcoming. By the time i got back to the United States, it was time to meet Dr. Bedient. First meeting was awesome. She welcomed me with a hug and explained every step of our treatment. She made me very comfortable and confident that we can finally make it happen. It took a lot of setbacks for our initial transfer because I had to undergo a major operation. I was apprehensive about it but Dr. Bedient reassured me that my body doesn’t need to rush and give it time to heal before our transfer in order to get the maximum result. Unfortunately, our first transfer ended with a miscarriage. My husband and I were about to lose hope but the whole FCLV team was there helping us to cope with our lose. It took me a few months to start again with my second transfer, but then my husband and I got orders to move out of the country as part of being in the military. We told Dr. Bedient about our upcoming move and she went and followed our journey up to 2nd trimester. Where can you find an incredible doctor like her? I am so glad to have met Dr. Bedient and the whole team. They are true blessings for people struggling with fertility. The whole team was hands on. They were caring at all times. They made us feel like family every time we would come in the clinic for our appts. They addressed us by our names and not patient numbers. Dr. Bedient was available 24/7 and so is everyone in the team if we have questions or are anxious about anything during the whole process. They treated us with respect. Would definitely come back again and recommend this facility to our family and friends. Thank you to whole team for helping us create our own little miracle.
