Improving the patient experience at FCLV with a new EMR system
Our goal at The Fertility Center of Las Vegas is to make it as simple and stress-free as possible to bring home a healthy baby. As part of this effort, our Las Vegas fertility center is implementing a new EMR system. Read on to learn more about the Artisan electronic medical records system and how it will benefit our patients.
What is the Artisan electronic medical records system?
Artisan is an all-in-one system for patient scheduling, billing and medical records. It makes it easy to do a wide variety of important things as a fertility patient. The Artisan EMR system is a one-stop-shop for the following tasks.
- View and complete electronic consents and forms
- Access electronic financial quotes
- Review treatment cycle calendar and cycle instructions
- See lab results
- Exchange HIPAA-compliant instant messages with the office
Moving forward, our Las Vegas fertility center will send and receive all electronic correspondence through the Artisan system. You’ll be able to access this new patient portal from the Artisan website and the “Artisan Ally” app.
What can you expect to happen as we transition to the new EMR system?
If you’re an existing patient, the team at our Las Vegas fertility center will transition your information and account to the new system. As a new patient, we’ll simply add your information to the system.
