3. Make sure the donor referral enters in your name and contact information into the “How did you hear about FCLV’s donor program?” question so we know to credit you for the referral.
4. Earn $100 for each potential egg donor that is accepted and added to our database.
5. Earn $500 when the referred donor completes her first egg donation retrieval cycle.
Who Can I Refer?
You can refer anyone who meets the basic criteria for egg donation:
• Female between the ages of 21 and 33
• Non-smoker and drug-free
• In good health, with a healthy body mass index (BMI)
