Katie Perry assists patients as a new patient coordinator
The Fertility Center of Las Vegas is an Oasis of Hope for patients from all walks of life. When you first visit our Las Vegas fertility clinic, you’ll meet with a new patient coordinator. Katie Perry is one of our caring and helpful coordinators who helps hopeful parents start their fertility journey on the right foot.
“After a patient’s initial consultation, I guide them through the diagnostic process by scheduling tests and labs and answering any and all questions,” Katie explains. “The goal is to get to the root of what’s causing infertility and then find the best way to resolve it, so this is a very important step.”
Our new patient coordinator has worked in the medical field for years
Katie Perry has always had an interest in healthcare and medicine. “I’ve worked in the medical field since I was 16 years old. I started at the front desk of a pediatrician’s office, and as I learned new things, I moved into other roles there,” she says.
In addition to working in pediatric care, our new patient coordinator has worked in a podiatrist’s office and a radiology center for diagnostic imaging. During this time, she gained a wealth of knowledge about billing and benefits as well as information about different areas of medicine.
Recently, Katie decided she was ready to explore a new area in the healthcare space, so she accepted a position at our Las Vegas fertility clinic. “I’ve always been interested in infertility, and as a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I know I’ll need fertility support to build my family someday,” she explains. “I love that this role allows me to help others who are looking to start or grow their families.”

Our new patient coordinator knows that fertility care can be complicated, but she encourages hopeful parents to not get overwhelmed. “I’m here to reassure patients and let them know that they aren’t alone. I always encourage them to reach out with questions,” Katie says.
In her spare time, Katie enjoys photography and spending time with her dog and large family. “I have five nieces and five nephews, and they’re my world.”
